CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

     If you have reserved an inflatable 5 days or more prior to your rental date you are responsible for calling the office "to confirm" delivery the day before your event.  You must confirm your reserved inflatable to receive it. We will try to reach you the day before by phone, if we cannot reach you and leave messages with no response from you, we will not put you on the delivery schedule.

     "To confirm a reserved rental"   Call and speak to someone in the office no later than 8PM the evening before your rental.  You must confirm your reserved inflatable to receive it.

     If you have a reserved inflatable to be delivered and questionable weather is approaching:

     "To cancel a reserved rental" Call and speak to someone in the office no later than 7:30AM the morning of your reserved inflatable. A $5.00 processing fee (IF CARD HAS ALREADY BEEN RUN) will apply to all credit card clients who do not call before the 7:30 AM deadline on the day of their rental.  If you cannot reach us at 985-652-8565 you may text us at 504-884-0966 by 7:30 AM.

If you do not speak to someone in the office by the times listed above, Andy's has the right to

NOT DELIVER your reserved inflatable.

      At Andy's Amusements, we do our best to accommodate customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or personal emergency conditions.  For this reason, we stay tuned daily to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area.  We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area. Sometimes rain may be occurring in one town but not the town right next to it, common in southern Louisiana.  In the event of severe thunderstorms, heavy rains, and/or increased winds, Andy's does have the right to deliver later, pick up earlier or cancel the rental due to severe weather.  We will make every effort to notify our clients in advance.  In order for us to better serve all customers we have developed what we feel is a fair policy for cancellations.  Please feel free to give the office a call if you have any questions regarding our policies.  We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.


Cancelling or "Not home or does not answer the door" for a (Delivery) Rental


      In order for all customers to be delivered on time we occasionally deliver several hours in advance of party times.  When cancelling, see above instructions.  Once the equipment is delivered there is
NO REFUND.  All decisions to cancel due to weather and/or personal emergency conditions need to be made BEFORE  the scheduled delivery time (approx. 8-11:30 AM on your event day), even if the equipment is delivered early.  If a verbal acceptance of the delivery is given over the phone on the morning of the delivery and the customer declines the rental or no one is home or answers the door when the driver gets to the rental location, the customer must pay all delivery charges times two. Example: If delivery fee $15, cancels when driver arrives, $15 x 2 = $30.  All cancelled/or "no one is home or answers the door deliveries" on location in Laplace will be charged $16.00.
